Mr. Ghiasi has more than 25 years of tax experience specializing in the real estate and hospitality industries and high net worth individuals. In addition, Mr. Ghiasi has extensive experience in the areas of Corporate and Partnership taxation. Over the past 25 years, he has provided extensive tax planning, business consulting and compliance services to his clients.

Prior to starting Ghiasi & Company, Mr. Ghiasi worked for the "Big Four" accounting firms of Deloitte & Touche (San Francisco) and Ernst & Young (San Francisco).

Mr. Ghiasi received his MA in Management from Sonoma State University (Sonoma) and his MBA in Accounting and a Masters Degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University (San Francisco). He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.
